This paper describes the retained rewards model for the rebrand. It will be reviewed before activation. The new mint and supported routes have not been published. Preview credit, passes and claims have no cash or redemption value.

01 / POLICY REFERENCE

The idea

Perks Of Trading makes a reward the visible goal of trading progress. Choose hardware, a gift card or an available USDC/SOL route. Your settled credit is one shared balance; switching goals keeps it.

Rewards are for qualified $PERKS holders only. The intended sequence is to choose a goal, maintain the required holding, make eligible Solana spot swaps, receive settled credit, then mint and claim an available reward. A connected wallet alone does not qualify.

Catalog examples are not stock confirmations, market-price quotes or evidence of a brand partnership. Real earning, minting, payout and fulfillment remain offline while the new launch is prepared.

02 / POLICY REFERENCE

Holding sets your boost

Larger verified holdings increase the volume-based target. The retained tier reference is below. These are existing model parameters for review, not a configured new token campaign. Exact token amounts require a verified new mint, decimals and pinned supply before activation.

Minimum share of pinned supply Holding boost Target rate before funding adjustment
0.001% 1× 0.05% / 5 bps
0.01% 2× 0.10% / 10 bps
0.1% 4× 0.20% / 20 bps
0.5% 8× 0.40% / 40 bps
1% 10× 0.50% / 50 bps

Below the first threshold, the target is zero. A tier qualifies after 24 uninterrupted hours above its minimum. Each tier has its own clock. A trade uses the highest tier verified throughout its preceding 24 hours; a current balance cannot prove past qualification. Incomplete history stays pending.

Minting, claiming and payout also require a currently mature qualifying holding. Falling below the minimum pauses earning and locks those actions. Settled credit and existing passes remain; requalifying unlocks them.

Qualification combines exact-mint token accounts directly owned by the enrolled wallet. Custody or staking requires a validated ownership adapter. Enrollment begins prospective tracking, using a starting balance and complete finalized balance-changing history.

03 / POLICY REFERENCE

Trading coverage follows evidence

Future coverage will list validated Solana spot-swap routes. The earlier implementation included Jupiter and Orca adapters; that history does not establish coverage for the new launch or every route on either venue. No universal Solana coverage is promised.

An eligible trade needs successful finalized execution, verified wallet ownership, supported parsing, accepted historical USD pricing and a qualified holding at execution. Missing or unreliable evidence stays pending. One economic swap counts once, including routed swaps and re-indexed records.

Perpetuals, centralized exchanges, NFTs, bridges, liquidity actions, transfers and wrap/unwrap operations are outside this spot-swap policy. Observed activity, eligible volume, targets and settled credit are separate states.

04 / POLICY REFERENCE

Verified volume sets the target

For each accepted trade, the retained model calculates:

Trade target = eligible USD volume × 0.05% × qualified holding boost

Example only: $10,000 of eligible volume creates a $5 target at 1× or a $50 target at 10×. A target is an allocation input, not a guaranteed payment. Daily funding adjustment may reduce it, including to zero.

The model does not apply the earlier proposed trader-fee cap. Questionable, duplicated, unsupported or unpriced activity may remain pending or be excluded under the published review policy. Holding and verified volume do not by themselves prove organic activity. Trading costs and losses can exceed rewards.

05 / POLICY REFERENCE

Funding has a real limit

The retained policy funds rewards from actual collected, liquid net $PERKS fee receipts. The new launch must verify its fee source, collection rights and dedicated owner-controlled treasury. No launch platform or fee entitlement is assumed from a token address.

Eligible volume and $PERKS revenue are separate ledgers. Observing a swap on another venue does not redirect that venue's fees to PERKS. Future fees, uncollected accruals and unliquidated token balances cannot back fixed USD credit. Each receipt is verified and allocated once.

After a UTC day closes, activity, holdings, prices and receipts must reconcile. The maximum new fee allocation is 60% of collected liquid net fees after operating costs and required reserve top-ups, also capped by free treasury capacity after existing credit, passes and fulfillment reserves.

Net fees = max(0, collected liquid fees − costs − reserve top-ups)
New fee allocation ≤ 60% × net fees
Daily pool ≤ new fee allocation and free treasury capacity

The owner reviews and signs fee collection and conversion transactions. A backend may prepare them and reconcile finalized results; it must not hold the treasury signing key. There is no fixed or unlimited reward budget.

06 / POLICY REFERENCE

Daily settlement shares available backing

Once reconciliation finishes, the server fixes the period's policy version, backing and accepted target set:

Funding factor = min(1, daily pool ÷ total accepted targets)
Wallet award = wallet target × funding factor

If the pool or total accepted targets are zero, the new award is zero. If targets total $1,250 and the pool is $1,000, the factor is 80%; a $100 target settles as $80. The same proportional factor applies across that period.

When backing covers every target, targets settle in full. Excess funds stay unallocated. Larger holdings and volume may receive a substantial share; the model promises no equal award, minimum payment or fixed effective rate. Rounding or a constrained pool can erase a visible difference between boosts.

Settlement reserves liabilities and credits each award once. Integer accounting carries fractional credit forward and exposes spendable cents. Browser state and animations never authorize credit.

07 / POLICY REFERENCE

Credit becomes a pass, then a claim

With enough settled credit and a current mature qualifying holding, minting an available reward pass deducts its cost once and keeps the remainder. A $100 pass minted from $125 leaves $25. Claiming does not charge again.

A pass is an application record of reserved reward value, not an NFT or on-chain token. Its claim state prevents duplicate payment. Qualification is checked again at claim and payout. Failures, cancellation and refunds require explicit ledger states.

Physical routes open only after stock, supported destinations and full landed costs are confirmed, including procurement, shipping, tax or duty, payment fees and replacement/refund allowance. The processing target is 1–3 business days after acceptance and availability confirmation. Processing is not delivery; transit depends on destination and carrier.

USDC or SOL payouts require an available route, verified destination and a disclosed quote accepted for that claim. Every real payout requires the treasury owner to review and sign the exact transaction in their wallet. A submitted claim is not a completed payment. Preview conversion rates cannot set real payouts.

08 / POLICY REFERENCE

Wallet access and delivery details

The preview requires no wallet connection, signature, deposit or delivery information. Never provide a recovery phrase or private key to Perks Of Trading.

Before real wallet access opens, the sign-in message, permissions and session protections must be disclosed and reviewed. The retained design uses a readable, single-use sign-in message, server-side signature checks, expiring challenges, revocable sessions, origin checks and rate limits. These controls are not evidence of a third-party security audit.

Public wallet activity is on-chain. Enrollment associates supported activity with the account. Real physical claims require necessary recipient details under a published privacy notice and consent, with access restricted to private fulfillment operations.

09 / POLICY REFERENCE

What must happen before activation

New launch details are coming. No new mint, X destination or earning start date has been announced in this preview. No retired financial service, account record or claim queue is activated by the rebrand.

Activation requires reviewed policy, verified mint and supply, authority and issuance disclosures, supported fee rights and collection, liquid backing, complete holding history, accepted pricing, reconciliation, durable settlement and an available claim route. Private operations must confirm physical fulfillment. Mint, claim and payout still require a current mature qualifying holding.

The launch must publish its trading-fee percentage and any unlock schedule. The 60% allocation ceiling in this paper is not a token trading-fee rate. Later policy versions must be disclosed and cannot silently rewrite completed periods.

Token volatility, liquidity, trading losses, incomplete data and fulfillment delays remain risks. Rewards guarantee neither token value nor return. Review the published launch details before taking any real action.
